Overview

The option for disabling Allow Same Number Dial within the Miscellaneous Option in GFI FaxMaker is bypassed when multiple faxes are queued for sending to the same number.

The issue is present when three or more faxes are sent to the same number for outbound processing. After the second fax to the number is sent, you will see additional fax added to the active lines for sending. This behavior will increment itself by one after each prior fax is finished.

Root Cause

This is an identified defect which has been resolved in the GFI FaxMaker 2013 release.

Please upgrade to this version or higher to resolve this issue.
