Problem Summary
When faxing outbound in Normal Resolution, fax remains in negotiating phase on the FaxMaker Monitor for approximately 40 seconds before resulting in a handshake failure.

How to Identify
Normal Resolution would be selected for the Max. Resolution Field under the Line Options.
Workaround / Fix Details
Change the Max. Resolution Field from Normal to Fine and restart the services.
Required Actions
Change the Max. Resolution Field from Normal to Fine and restart the services then inform PSG of the case.
