PROBLEM

When sending legal size faxes the top and bottom of the page are cut off although the remote party is capable to receive legal size faxes.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI FaxMaker
• all supported environments

SOLUTION

1. Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers
2. Right-click the GFI FaxMaker printer > Printer Properties
3. Under the General tab click Preferences...
4. Under the Layout tab click Advanced...
5. Under Paper / Output change 'Paper Size' to 'Legal'

CAUSE

The paper size configured in GFI FaxMaker printer is set to A4 by default.
