This article provides information about sending a single Microsoft Word document containing multiple faxes.

Root Cause
The NetPrintQueue2FAX properties should be modified since it is not default behavior.
Process
NetPrintQueue2FAX can be configured to allow sending of a single Microsoft document, containing multiple parts and where each part needs to be sent to a different recipient.
This can be achieved by using a field separator and page breaks as follows:

Open the GFI FaxMaker configuration > NetPrintQueue2FAX > Properties.

Ensure that the Enable NetPrintQueue2FAX field is checked.

Enable the End of field terminator: checkbox.

Replace the

(dot) character with@#.

Re-start the GFI FAXmaker services.

Create a Microsoft Word document containing the various faxes that need to be sent.

For each separate fax ensure that you specify the following:
- Fax number (Default can be specified using
Fax:<number>

characters at the end of each fax.- A page break after the
