PROBLEM

GFI FAXmaker monitor window may hang and the CPU usage may go up.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI FaxMaker
• all supported environment

SOLUTION

1. Close the GFI FaxMaker monitor or terminate the process from the Task Manager > Applications
2. Navigate to the GFI FaxMaker folder
3. Delete the files faxmaker.log and ltmta.txt ( create a backup of these files, if required)

CAUSE

GFI FAXmaker monitor hangs, because these files became very large. GFI FaxMaker monitor loads the relevant monitor data from these files and display them at the bottom of the MMC window.
