How to Identify

GFI FaxMaker is installed on Microsoft Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. All transmission reports remain in the "IN\undeliverable" folder, because it fails to upload the transmission reports using SSL option under the Email2FaxGateway UI. CDOSYS supports TLS, however it appears that GFI FaxMaker does not facilitate the TLS option, hence it is not possible to relay emails to Office 365 using SSL only.

Workaround / Fix Details

A hotfix is avavailable. PSG will apply hotfix. This will contain the correct implementation of TLS, however email relay will still fail due to Office 365 relay policy.
