Overview

This article resolves an issue where SMS transmission reports are disabled after upgrading existing installations of GFI FaxMaker to Service Release (SR) 2.

Information 

This issue occurs when the customer upgrades to GFI FaxMaker 2011 SR2 (build 20110818).

Process

To resolve this issue, enable SMS transmission reports manually:

1. Open the GFI FaxMaker Configuration.
2. Navigate to Advanced > Transmisison Reports > SMS.
3. Check the 'Report successful outgoing SMS transmissions' option.
