Overview

Editing applications on the web UI (user interface) through Configuration > System > Objects brings up the already populated information of what is currently configured and gives the user the opportunity to add more.

In the ExOS7.4.3 Beta, when editing an application through the web UI, the common names for SSL L7 definitions and hostnames for HTTP L7 definitions are not populated and show up empty, as shown in the below image:

Root Cause

A fix for a previous bug regarding wildcards caused the default populated values for those boxes to be overwritten with blank values.

Resolution

These defects, D-05907 and D-05901, were resolved in the official generally available release of the 7.4.3 firmware, hence, upgrading to this version will resolve the issue.
