High Latency determined based on ICMP RTT

Overview

A user notices high latency in their network based on ICMP RTT.

Cause

1. It could be an actual latency
2. It is a false positive

If the user is controlling ICMP on the Exinda. Controlling ICMP can give varied results for the RTT based on the amount of control.

Resolution

Ignore ICMP, so that Exinda is not controlling it. This way, the RTT will not be affected due to Exindas presence and the latency results will not be manipulated
