Overview

The GFI WebMonitor tools tab is not showing the reputation index level for any websites when using Internet Explorer 11.

Environment

All GFI WebMonitor versions.

Root Cause

This is a known defect in WebMonitor.

Resolution

Use a web browser other than Internet Explorer. Other browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox displays the Reputation Index within the Tools section of the GFI WebMonitor with no issues.

This bug in Internet Explorer will no longer be fixed as the GFI WebMonitor product is EOL (End of Life) so it will no longer receive any bug fixes from the Development Team.
