OneGuard Export List Function for Blocklist Is Not Downloading

Overview

The Export List function for Blocklist is not downloading. 

Steps to Replicate the Issue

  1. Log in to OneGuard.
  2. Enable the EndPoint Control service from the home page if it is not enabled.
  3. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
  4. Select any group on the left-hand side.
  5. Go to Services > EndPoint Control and click Add Rule.
  6. Scroll down to Blocklisted Devices and select Custom Blocklist.
  7. Click Add Device Exception
  8. Enter the following info:
    • Hardware ID = PCI\VEN_80EE&DEV_BEEF&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00
    • Device Description = Test Device
    • Device Category = Floppy Disks
  9. Click Add Device Exception. (At this point, the device you just added should be displayed under Block list grid). mceclip0.png
  10. Click the Export List.

Nothing happens when the user clicks on the Export List link, and the server is not downloading the XML file.

Environment

OneGuard Version 2.2.20180911

Root Cause

The export list function issue has been identified as a defect.

Resolution

The fix for this defect has been implemented in the latest build. Kindly update your server to the latest build (2.2 build 20180917).
