Overview

When upgrading the EventsManager from version 2012, the database rotation and program update settings are not imported.

To validate this issue, open the configuration tab, and you will see that the settings have not been imported:

1. Open Configuration tab.
2. Navigate to Options > Auto Update Options > Edit updater options.
3. Select the General tab.
4. You will see that the settings have not been imported.
5. Navigate to Options > File Storage > Configure file storage
6. Select the Rotation tab.
7. You will see that the settings have not been imported.

Root Cause

This is a system limitation where the settings are not imported during an upgrade.

Resolution

Configure these settings as needed.
