Overview

Report generation fails with the following errors logged in the processoutputviewer*.csv file:

Query execution failed with error code -1.

The dlib*.csv log file also shows different errors similar to the following around the time the report was generated.

2012-01-09, 13:50:45, 319, 0, eb8, 11a0, error, DLib.dll, EvaluateInternal, Query evaluation crashed with the following unexpected exception: OR 2012-02-15, 09:03:02, 058, 0, 1568, 14b0, error, DLib.dll, Initialize, Unexpected exception: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

EventsManager 2012 SR1 build 20120214

Root Cause

The client is not updated.

Resolution

Configure the auto updates or upgrade to EventsManager 2013.
