When the organizational unit (OU) contains special characters when creating a new scheduled scan, it prevents the application from displaying the domain content.

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in LanGuard 2012 SR1.

Resolution

Download and install the LanGuard 20121023 patch or upgrade to LanGuard 2012 SR1 to resolve this issue.
