Overview

The Dell RAID Array Manager SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) check keeps failing to return the status of the RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) controller with the following error:

'No such object' or 'Invalid OID'.

Environment

• GFI MAX RemoteManagement
• Dell RAID Array checks

Root Cause

The Dell OpenManage Array Manager software has been replaced by Storage Management.

Information

Instead of using the RAID - Array Manager option under the predefined SNMP checks, choose RAID - Storage Management.
