Overview

This article provides information on how to count the number of incoming and outgoing emails in Kerio Connect.

Process

1. Navigate to Kerio Connect Mail Logs under Logs > Mail.
   
   
   

2. Right click on the mail log and then save the log in plain text format, the entire file.

3. Open the Mail log and copy and paste it on an Excel sheet.

4. One may need to highlight Column A and that should display the number of entries on that column.

5. This gives a combination of sent and received emails.
   
   

Confirmation

Selecting/Filtering the data from the excel sheet would provide the email count for a specifically selected time period.
