Global Actions Tab Missing in Anti-Spam Settings

Issue Description: The Global Actions tab is missing in the Anti-spam settings properties.

Product: GFI MailEssentials

 

Root Cause

The Global Actions tab is only available when GFI MailEssentials is installed with the Mailbox role. Note: It is not possible if the product is installed using SMTP mode.

Resolution

If GFI MailEssentials is installed on a Microsoft Exchange 2007 (or later) server, check the config.mdb to make sure that the tb_exchenv and tb_general tables are accurate for their respective versions and server roles.

Please check the TRM (Technical Reference Model) or config.mdb guide for the information that should be present in the tables.
