PROBLEM

Keyword Checker detecting bad keywords within legitimate words.

SOLUTION

There is an option under the Keyword Checking filter that will prevent the scanner from looking inside of larger words for other keywords. To prevent these kind of detections from happening, do the following:

1. Open the GFI MailEssentials Configuration console
2. Expand Anti-Spam > Anti-Spam Filters
3. Go to Keyword Checking and select the Body tab
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page Check the box for Match whole words only
5. Hit Apply to save the settings

CAUSE

The Keyword Checker is seeing listed keywords within longer, legitimate words. For example, "Cialis" is being detected because of the word "Specialist".
