Problem Summary

If GFI Faxmaker is installed after GFI MailEssentials, the .rdt files will not be removed from the Middlequeue folder any more.

How to Identify

Check the ...\GFI MailEssentials\AntiSpam\MiddleQueue\ folder and confirm that rdt files created days ago are still not removed from the folder. The version of the MailEssentials 2014 R2 Middleman.dll file should be 20140.627.150.26 and product version 15.0.0.0 with the modified date of 27/06/2014 18:14.

Workaround / Fix Details

Installing GFI MailEssentials on top of the old installation should re-register the correct (newer) Middleman.dll file and restore normal functionality. The repercussions on GFI Faxmaker are unknown at the moment.
