Pop2Exchange registry timeout value is ignored, larger emails taking longer than 60 seconds to download will fail to be downloaded

Problem Summary
Large emails which take longer than 60 seconds ( 1 minute ) to be downloaded will fail to be downloaded and remain on the POP3 server. This is due to the POP2Exchange Timeout registry key being ignored, hence the timeout value will always the 60 seconds.
