How to Identify

Navigate to the following logs MailEssentials\Attendant\DebugLogs Log name = CentralizationConfiguration.log Match the following Error warning","CentralizationConfiguration","Warning: TestMasterSettings - System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. ; at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) ; at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) ; at MEC.Configuration.RemotingHelper.TestMasterSettings(Boolean networkHasQuarHost, String quarHost, String quarAndReportingPort, String username, String password, String configurationPort)"

Workaround / Fix Details

Open Regedit Navigate to the following Registry Key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GFI\MailEssentials\EmailSecurity Locate the WebAddress Key. If the URL is missing the slash add in the slash and restart the GFI MailEssentials Attendant service. Example of Slash Missing http://ex1MailEssentials ^Missing Slash Correct URL http://ex1/MailEssentials

Follow workaround above if applicable. Upgrade to ME 2015 SR1
