How to Identify

When sending an AutoReply, the logs will show this error if no attachment is selected: "error ","AutoReplies","FAIL, Failed to open attachment [11] Error [2]" The AutoReply will be sent successfully regardless. This error does not get thrown if an attachment is selected.

Upgrade customer to GFI MailEssentials 2015 or later
