Problem Summary

Autoreplies are not displayed in the UI and the Auto-replies section shows as disabled if too many Auto-replies are present in the list.

How to Identify

As described in the Problem Summary. Make sure that the build is 2014SR2 and that plenty Auto-replies are in the config.mdb.

Apply below patch: http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140308/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140530_1889.zip

Attach article to case and apply patch or upgrade to GFI MailEssentials 2014 R2 or later.
