Requesting a New GFI LanGuard Trial License Key

Overview

This article provides information on how to register for a free GFI LanGuard trial and request a trial license key for a new customer. It will also help you to find out the trial license limitations and team to reach out with queries to extend the limits.

Note: A previously trial/fully licensed installation will not permit the use of a trial license key.

Diagnosis

For the new or potential customers, GFI LanGuard offers a free trial with full functionality of the product. Follow the steps below to obtain your trial license ket.

Note: The trial period is 30 days and the number of devices to scan is limited, more information you can find out in this article. If you need to request a longer trial or more seats than are usually available on a trial key, our Sales Team will be happy to assist.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the All GFI products page.

  2. Locate the GFI LanGuard and select Try Now.

  3. Fill out the form with Business Email, First Name, and Last Name.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. Fill out the form with Company Size, Telephone, Country and State, and accept the terms of service.

  6. Click Continue.
  7. Create Password and click Start my free trial.

  8. You will arrive at the GFI LanGuard download page with a few helpful links.

  9. The trial license key will be emailed to you on the email address provided.

Testing

The trial license key is all you need to test the product. Proceed with the installation.
