The remediation job lists are showing old jobs only. The current ones are not listed.

Environment

LanGuard 2011 SR1 build 20110817

Root Cause

The two remediation job lists under the remediation and the activity monitor tabs are limited to 100 entries by default. The SQL query used in the background is incorrect and pulling the oldest jobs rather than the new ones.

Resolution

This listing issue has been fixed in LanGuard 2011 SR2. Please upgrade to this version or higher to resolve this issue. If an upgrade is not feasible at the moment, you can apply any of the following workarounds:

• Rather than selecting 'Entire Network' in the tree, choose an OU or computer to decrease the total amount of job entries below 100.
• Increase the limit by changing the corresponding setting named NumberOfDeploymentsToLoad in the toolcfg_mspatchdeployment.xml file.
