Overview

This article provides details about two-step authentication when attempting to scan computers/servers. Anyone trying to scan a server which has two-factor authentication will need to submit a feature request since this feature is not implemented yet.

LanGuard does not handle two-factor authentication. In the meantime, You may submit a feature request by going to GFI Feedback & Feature Request Community.

• For product enhancements, you can do so, as indicated in our article 'How to submit a feature request.'
• The Feedback portal is an online feature request system which is monitored by our product specialists, developers, and project leaders. It is also accessed by other customers who can promote and demote your idea. Depending on the popularity of your request, the chances are that if you get high positive feedback, the feature will be implemented; however, this is not guaranteed.
