Inbound fax transmission reports are not delivered to the intended fax user.

• GFI FaxMaker Online

Root Cause

Local firewall settings may prevent to accept email relay requests from GFI FaxMaker Online.

Resolution

Verify whether the local firewall settings block the attempts to accept all relay requests of fax transmission reports from the hosted SMTP server of GFI FaxMaker Online. If applicable, please consider to whitelist the email domain notify@gfifax.com
