Overview

This article provides resolution for issues where website resources do not load properly, or website fonts are not displayed correctly.

Root Cause

File types like fonts, images, and various resources on the web pages might not display correctly if the 'All other files' category is selected.

Resolution

Review your policies and verify that you do not have a policy in place blocking files belonging to the 'All other files' category:

1. Navigate to Manage > Policies.
2. Read the summary of all enabled policies.
3. Click the Edit button and replace the 'Reserved File Types' in the file type blocking filter with 'Unknown Attachments' only.
4. Make sure 'All other files' category is not listed. If listed, please remove it. 
5. Save the changes.
