Users or Groups from Subdomains Are Not Being Added to Policies

Overview

This article addresses an issue where users or groups from subdomains are not listed, and cannot be selected to be added to policies.

Information

This issue has been fixed in WebMonitor 2012 SR1 build 20120618.

Note: Although this has been fixed, and users are able to add users/groups from sub-domains, the autofill feature in the Add box will not include the domain information. Therefore, if there are two users or groups with the same name, but in different domains, they must be typed in manually in the form of Domain\Username or Domain\GroupName.
