PROBLEM
When browsing to a site, a user receives the following error message:

Description: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found

SOLUTION
This message indicates that the request leads to a valid URL, but that no data was found there. The problem does not lie within WebMonitor or the WebMonitor proxy, but instead can point to a variety of DNS and general connectivity issues.

- Click Refresh to reload the webpage
- If you manually entered the addres, make sure that the spelling is correct
- If you were linked to this page, try entering the URL manually
If these do not resolve the issue, you should investigate your environment's DNS settings.
CAUSE
