How to Identify

Since the latest update of FaxMaker build the Remote FaxMaker Monitor does not offer the user to view the send and the rcvlog.fmlogger.txt. The issue is reproducible on any installation. Screenshot shows that the button "" is grayed out. This feature was available in all previous installation. The affected customer wishes to have this feature available.
