Overview
During the GFI FaxMaker installation, you are requested to key in your GFI account details or a license key. Sometimes you may have to view the license details to verify or modify them when the subscription expires, and you acquire a new license key.
This article provides the process of viewing and modifying your current license key.
NOTE: GFI FaxMaker stops sending faxes and SMS once the subscription expires. Renew the subscription to unblock the fax queue.
Process

Open the GFI FaxMaker Configuration, navigate to General > Licensing, and Select License product...
Alternatively, you can log in to the GFI FaxMaker website and go to Settings > System Settings > Licensing. -
When prompted with a message saying that GFI FaxMaker is already licensed, select Yes.

A new window will open with the current License Key in use, as shown below.

To modify the license key, click the Edit button, and replace the existing key with the new license key that you have received from GFI.

Under the License Key Information section, the following data is available, as shown in the image above.

The expiration date and the number of remaining days of the subscription. |
Licensed User Limit |
The maximum number of users allowed by the subscription. |
Current User Count | The actual number of users listed as fax users. |
Licensed user SMS Limit | The maximum number of users allowed to use SMS. |
Current Fax Lines Count | The number of lines configured in GFI FaxMaker. |
OCR | If the OCR module is enabled or not in the GFI subscription. |
