Overview

This article provides the steps to enable the POP3 downloader after installing the GFI FaxMaker.

Environment

• GFI FaxMaker 14 or higher.

Process

Follow the steps below to enable the POP3 downloader after installing the GFI FaxMaker.

1. Close the GFI FaxMaker configuration.
2. Open the registry editor and navigate to HKLM\Software\GFI FAX & VOICE\Faxmaker\Config.
   • Note: If GFI FaxMaker is installed on a 64-bit operating system, the registry path is: HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\GFI FAX & VOICE\Faxmaker\Config
3. Assign the InstallMode registry key the value 3.
4. Re-start the GFI FaxMaker services and re-open the GFI FaxMaker configuration.
