Overview

When a fax is being received on the first line, second inbound fax is not signaled at all and the sender gets a busy signal.

Environment

• GFI FaxMaker
• AVM FritzCard

Root Cause

AVM FritzCard is not officially supported by GFI FaxMaker.

Resolution

Choose the ISDN type "AVM B1 v3" as the line type.

Confirmation

The faxes will now receive two lines simultaneously without any issue.
