Overview

 

This article describes the resolution of the error, which occurs when sending a fax with an attachment through GFI FaxMaker; and the sender receives a report with the following error:

1707 -  Unrecoverable / Internal error

• GFI FaxMaker
• All supported environments

Root Cause

 

This error may occur due to corrupt .exe files or DLLs.

Resolution

 

Run the document conversion manually to see if an error occurs. This error is a rare occurrence and if it appears more than once:

1. Power off the machine.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Power on again.
