Overview

After an upgrade to build 20110902 of FaxMaker 2011, you encounter an issue whereby the configuration only loads when you open FaxMaker with the account that is running the FaxMaker services.

Environment

• FaxMaker 2011 build 20110902

Root Cause

1. Upgrade to Service Release 2.
2. Log in with an account that is not running the GFI FAXmaker services.
3. Attempt to open the configuration You should get an error indicating you do not have access to the configuration database.

Resolution

Download and apply the patch.
