Overview

There is a set of default Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) credentials that will work regardless of the configured username/password for IPMI in Exinda appliances.

Information

Occasionally, users might need to access IPMI/iDRAC on the device. When it is set up, the main admin account should be used, along with the admin password. These credentials can be changed under Configuration > System > Network, in the IPMI tab.

In the event that the configured username/password combination is not authenticating correctly, the default IPMI credentials are as follows:

• Username: root
• Password: calvin
