Kerio License Key Is Not Showing the Correct Information

Overview

After a subscription renewal or purchase of additional users for an existing license, Kerio License may still show the old information. The number of users displayed in the Dashboard on the Administration UI is the same, or the license still shows as expired.

This article provides information on how to resolve the above issue. 

 


Information

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect on the license key.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you have already rebooted, generate the license file, and install it manually.

  1. Open the Product Registration page.

  2. Enter your license key and go through the wizard. In the end, you will have an option to download the license.key file.

  3. Log in to the Kerio Administration Interface:

    • For Kerio Connect: click Dashboard > Install License > Select the downloaded license.key file.

    • For Kerio Control: click Dashboard > Configuration Assistant > Update License Info > register offline with the License file.

If the license is still showing incorrect information, please contact our Sales team.
