The maintenance contract for Kerio products must be renewed on annual basis. Applying renewals or add-ons ensures that our products perform smoothly. This article provides information on the renewal process.
Information
Once you purchase the renewals or add-ons for a Kerio product, license changes are applied automatically by the product within 24 hours.
You may also force an immediate update manually. For Kerio Connect, go to the Administration Dashboard, and click on the Update registration info link in the License Details tile.
For Kerio Control, go to the Configuration Assistant, and click on the Update license info link.
If the reseller provides a new license key, instead of the renewal of the same license key, follow the steps in this article on Registering Kerio Connect in the Administration Interface or Licensing and Registering Kerio Control to manually install the license in Web administration.
