Purchasing or Renewing Licences and Resetting Download Limits for Kerio Products

Overview

This article shares the process of purchasing or renewing licenses, and resetting the download limits for all versions of Kerio Connect, Kerio Control, and Kerio Operator.

Process

Follow these steps:

1. GFI has a channel based sales process. Start by finding a reseller near you by referring to the 'Find a GFI Partner' page and get in touch with a partner for more assistance.
2. Alternatively, contact the Sales Team by referring to the 'Contact Us' page.
3. Select the appropriate geographical area from the bottom of the page to see the correct phone numbers and email addresses. 
   • For example, selecting Texas under the United States shows the following address and contact information:
