Contacting GFI Sales

This article describes how to reach out to the GFI Sales Team for any queries within their scope of support.

Prerequisites

Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • The name and company of the person who purchased the license
  • Your license key
  • The purchased date
  • The invoice issued by your GFI Sales Partner

Solution

The scope of support offered by the Sales teams includes the following:

  • Extend licensing dates
  • Billing issues
  • NFR Licensing
  • Expired Licenses
  • Renew licenses
  • Plan Upgrades (Specific to the GFI products)
  • Combine multiple license keys

You can submit a request in the GFI Customer Care Center > Submit a request or by directly clicking the Submit a request – GFI Customer Care Center link.

Make sure to include in your request all of the above information for swift assistance.
