Overview

When you run a database operation job for the second time, the 'Last Run Time' for that job does not reflect the accurate time/data.

To validate the issue, go to the dbimportexport*.csv and check the run times logged for that job. The run time values are different from the data shown in the database operations list for the same job.

EventsManager 2012 build 20111130 and SR1 20120214

Root Cause

This discrepancy issue is a product defect which has been resolved in EventsManager 2013.

Resolution

Please upgrade to GFI EventsManager 2013 to resolve this issue. If an upgrade is currently not feasible, you can rely on the dbimportexport*.csv log files to view the 'Last Run Time' data as this file contains accurate information.
