Patch - Terminal Services Logon check to an alternate port fails

Improvements:
  • Adds the ability to do "Terminal Services Logon checks" to ports other than the default port (3389). 
Resolves:
  • This patch fixes the issue for the Terminal Services Logon check if they are configured to use an alternate port in the RDP file required by the check in the format of  <IP Address_or_Hostname>:<Alternate_Port>, the check fails.
