Overview

The upgrade process to GFI MailEssentials 2015 SR1 stops while trying to create the website. The following errors are found in the installation log:

A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Workaround

Manually uninstall the current version of GFI MailEssentials and perform a fresh install.
