Problem Summary

Pop2Exchange fails to delete the email after connection ends too early, straight after transfer confirmed by server, before the delete command, sends the delete command anyway.

Workaround / Fix Details

Upgrade to GFI MailEssentials 2015 Or upgrade to GFI MailEssentials 2014 R2 and apply the patch: http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140627/ME2014_R2_PATCH_20140723_1903.zip
