1. Navigate to the installer logs for the Outlook Plugin %temp% 2. Log Name gfioutlookinstall_.log 3. Search for the following: 'Microsoft Outlook was not detected'

Workaround / Fix Details

Send customer the patch for the newer Version of the Outlook plugin http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140308/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140617_1446.zip -Escalate if issue persists after installing patch How to determine click and run: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ff522355.aspx
