Problem Summary

when you select and email and action it by clicking on a SpamTag button, the following error pops up: Cannot process selected email.

How to Identify

As per Problem Summary, adding that the logs will show that the email was successfully processed. The ClientAccessService.log file under wwwconf debug logs should show: "error ","ClientAccessService","Error: AddToLegit...FAILED! System.NetSockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No Connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8013

Workaround / Fix Details

Replace the port 8013 from the wwwservices\web.config file with 9091 after backing up the original file.
