Overview

The Whitelist or Blacklist nodes time out in IIS mode. This happens after clicking the nodes and may be accompanied by a high increase in memory and CPU usage.

The following error message is displayed:

Request timed out.

Environment

MailEssentials 2012 Service Release 4 Build 20130226.

Resolution

This is a known issue and has been fixed. Please upgrade to the latest build of GFI MailEssentials.
