Mailbox Restore fails against Microsoft Exchange 2013.
GFI MailArchiver fails to add the journaling mailbox via IMAP when the Operating System locale is not set to English (e.g. Turkish).

1. The User account that normally has administrative access to GFI MailArchiver is unable to see and access the Configuration tab.
2. Users who are provided with permission to access specific mailboxes are unable to access mailboxes belonging to subordinates. This problem happens both from the GFI MailArchiver User Interface as well as from the GFI MailArchiver Outlook Connector.
