Coverpage must have a unique name globally. Duplicate names for different coverpages (of all companies) are not allowed.

Symptoms

In the current release of GFI FaxMaker Online, all coverpages of all existing users must have a unique name for each coverpage. The user interface does not allow assigning of a duplicate name for a new coverpage. This is currently a limitation of GFI FaxMaker Online. It is intended to provide this functionality in the later stage.
